Services.

The €15 Watch Health Check covers a timegrapher reading and explanation of results only. It is a diagnostic snapshot of running performance at the time of measurement, not a full inspection, service, repair, or guarantee of internal condition or long-term reliability.

Liability.

Wound to Wear accepts no liability for pre-existing faults, damage, or defects discovered during or after measurement. Results are indicative only and do not constitute a warranty of any kind.

Shipping.

Mail-in is available at the customer's request. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs in both directions. Watches travel entirely at the owner's risk. Tracked and insured shipping is strongly recommended. Wound to Wear accepts no liability for loss or damage during transit. The customer is responsible for secure and appropriate packaging.

Appointments.

All drop-offs and collections are by prior arrangement only. No walk-ins.

Privacy.
